MY TOP BEAUTY MUST HAVES

My beauty saviors I've been using and loving...
I thought I best give you a little peak into my favorite beauty items, considering I have found a few staple gems to live by. While I typically wear minimal makeup, I have found a some tried and true products that go a long way, meaning I don't need an overflowing drawer full of "product to try!"
In terms of skincare, I discovered the absolute wonder of Glossier this past summer. I was dead set to stick to a simple, yet effective skin care routine, and I certainly found one that I love using daily. The milky jelly cleanser not only works to revitalize my complexion, it also strips away tough makeup like mascara and eyeshadow in one swoop. Personally, I like to think it helps fight against breakouts as well. It's pure perfection and everything everyone raves about.
Onto makeup. I've had a lovely Naked eyeshadow palette I bought 5 years ago, while I was a freshman in college. I remember walking into one of my suitemate's dorm room and being taking away by how beautiful the palette was. It has lovely suble shimmer colors as well as soft mattes. From sparkling gold to burnt brown, this palette has all the earthy tones and calm colors that I love. To this day, the original Naked eyeshadow palette is my favorite eyeshadow palette, and the first one I bought is still going strong and lasting me well (despite the argument over bacteria buildup on makeup and how it should be discarded after a certain point)..
As for my base layer, I've recently been using just the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer with no foundation, then adding bronzer as a setting powder. This has been working wonders for me. I feel as though my makeup is minimal and light, just as I prefer it. The Tarte concealer gives such full, light-weight coverage, that I don't feel the need for a foundation on top for an everyday makeup look.
Speaking of bronzer, I've been loving the Naked bronzer, highlighter, and blush palette. When I dropped my first palette on the floor and shattered it to pieces, I immediately asked for a new one for Christmas. I love how potent it is and how little I have to use to achieve a simple, yet powerful look. To fight lifeless winter skin, I've been using this bronzer as loving it.

Brows! The Anastasia Brow Defining Pencil is another product I've shared my love for over the past few years. After creating my makeup look, I brush my brows out with the brush side, then use the creme side to fill in my brows and define them. The warm shade of brown really defines my eyebrows and really sets the tone for my makeup look. What I love most about this pencil is the creamy texture of the color and how easy it is to use.
Of course hand creme had to make the list! Specifically, Anthropologie hand creme and Ulta hand creme. The harsh winter weather has done justice to my skin, and I was embarrassed of how white and cracked my hands looked. I do love both brands equally - I have one in a winter pine scent, and one in a sweet vanilla scent. Both only take a little to go a long way and leave my hands feeling smooth for days. They're a bit difficult to track down, but if you manage to find them, grab one!
Last on my list is the Dream Team Deep Sleep Pillow Spray, a slumber-inducing spray that has eased my stressed and helped me fall asleep feeling relaxed. The herbal and fresh scent is so subtle and soothing. It seems to fill the room in a way that calms the body and mind. If you've been feeling overwhelmed or a bit under the weather, I feel as though a couple mists of this will rejuvenate you quickly!
That's my round up of beauty favorites that I personally have been using over and over again. Although the majority of these products are hyped about, I have been loving them and using them because they truly work the best for me. What are your beauty favorites?
